I had to put a good review on this store. I visited on Black Friday and was scared how it was going to go. They had every register in use and the line only took five minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. Good job to the staff they were friendly and kept everything moving fast.
To me it was my first time in Marshall's and OMGosh loved it. It kinda reminded me of T.J.Maxx store. The only thing was some of the shoe aisles were to cramped for a wheelchair to get through safely.
Marshall’s has so many nice things. Name brand items for a lot less than you would pay at the mall. I check out there in coming inventory every week cause they put out new merchandise constantly. They have restrooms plenty of parking. The store is clean workers are friendly and they are handicap accessible in the restrooms store and parking. Great place to Christmas shop the prices can’t be beat.
I purchased a new home a last week and I have been searching for essentially everything for a new home. I had nothing short of an amazing experience at this location. We wanted to purchase a cabinet and quickly found Santana. She jump right in and grabbed a cart for the cabinet and even brought it the front for us while we still shopped. When we were ready to check out we were greeted by Emily at the register. Emily was so sweet and extremely helpful. This hands down was the best experience I’ve ever had in a Marshall’s. Thank you Santana & Emily for a phenomenal experience!
It was busy that day but they had lots of cool things that I happened to look at on that day (shoes,etc.)
Employees disrespectful. My daughter (2 years old) who I was right behind not even a foot was walking. They had a section “blocked off”. (Litteraly 2 wet floor signs) but anyways, she touched the wet floor sign… touched it not even moved it. And right as I told her no, an older employee decided to take it upon herself to throw her arms up and yelled at her. I apologized and said sorry she’s 2! She just touched the sign, she wasn’t going to go in the area (even though there was another older women in the “blocked off” area shopping mind you.) then this employee said “well you can read it can’t you!” With an attitude (guessing she said that due to my Russian accent). And my daughter is crying upset because she has no clue what she did so wrong. And this women goes to talk to another women like I can’t hear her about it “saying I should be paying attention to her and that I should learn to read English.” Definitely will not be back.
